Karen Mundy, Principal Broker for Haymaker Residential Real Estate, has earned several accredidations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Insitute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), e-Pro, and Certified New Home Specialist. She has been a Realtor(r) since 1985, selling real estate in four states! Moving, whether it is local or interstate, is another one of those things Karen has experience with, having moved corporately 6 times! Karen loves helping make those dreams come true, whether it's working with a builder and a client, or working on a resale property. She has also been appointed by Mayor Jim Newberry to the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government's Land Managment Purchase Development Rights Commission.
